Re: Target Open Access Media Centers

To All,
I am the Media Specialist in a K-8 Library, working
with 1 teacher aide. We see 750 students a week. I
have been asked to remove 6-8 from the schedule and
give them an opportunity to use the Library on an open
access basis (signing up for a time and purpose w/
teacher in attendance). Can you give me some advice on
how to present this to the teachers who are accustomed
to sending their students weekly and using this period
as a Prep? All suggestions will be greatly
appreciated.
