TARGET: "birthday book" letter

Good morning!  After reading the request regarding where to find the
birthday book plates, I was reminded of something that I've been trying
to find.  Do any of you have a letter/article/something that I can use
to start the birthday book "club" in my school?  It was done years ago,
but since I am new, I will be introducing it again.  I hope to use the
article in the school newsletter that will go home at the end of the
month.
