GEN->looking forschool libraries that have a confidentiality policy in prep for USA Patriot Act

Hi folks - I was wondering if any of you (or your school) have put a =
policy in place to deal with the issues that arise for school libraries =
because of the USA Patriot Act like confidentiality and/or privacy of =
records of your students and staff. Also, I would like to know who is =
involved, if the FBI or whomever arrive to get records, as far as =
handling a subpoena or a search warrant. By this I mean does your school =
superintendent handle it or do you or a library director? We are =
probably going to be developing a policy and I would rather start with =
an existing one than at the beginning. So, any help would be =
appreciated. I would be happy to post a hit if any one has information =
to share. As always, tia.
