TOPIC: Geac Library Solutions automation program

I'm posting this for my daughter:

Hello, I'm currently attending the University of North Texas to receive =
my Library Science degree and I've been given the assignment of =
gathering information regarding Geac Library Solutions for an automation =
paper. I'm looking for any information anyone might be able to give on =
this system regarding the following topics:

1. Features
2. Costs
3. Support
4. Ease of operation
5. Adherence to library standards
6. "Extras"
7.  Current customers

I'm aware that some of the items listed are available on the website, =
but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask about all of them, since someone =
might be able to supply additional information that can't be found =
there.  Any help anyone could provide would be extremely appreciated.
