OFF TOPIC: research on legal music downloding sites

Hello, all!
My son is interested in downloading music and games, etc., but we want =
to make sure he does it legally. Are there particular sites any of you =
have to recommend that are legal and of high quality? Thanks so much for =
any responses directly to me. If anyone else is interested, I will post =
a hit. You all are the best resource!
