My daughter has made these twice. The first time we used the kumquats and
NO orange flower water (we couldn't find it!) They were fairly tasty.

The second time we skipped the kumquats and used the grated orange peel and
the orange flower water, finally located at Market Street in the baking
aisle with the vanilla & other extracts. They were much better, we thought!

They don't exactly "fill a man up" with just one, but they are heavier than
pancakes & quite filling, and tasty heated for breakfast with a smear of
butter or honey!
