LM_NET Archive



My understanding about performances is that you buy performance rights
separately from taping rights. So it is against copyright to tape school
performances unless taping rights were also purchased. I think there is some
loophole about taping for teacher review after the performance but that is
all. Is this a correct understanding? Hopefully the experts can help me out.
