OT: Smoothie Receipes

I know this is extremely off topic, but I am looking for good, yet simple,
smoothie receipts.  I have looked for recipe books but most of them look really
complicated or add a lot of ingredients that I don't want.  So I decided to
turn to the greatest source of information I know... LM_Net.  I am especially
interested in a recipe for a good strawberry smoothie but will accept any
others.  My husband likes strawberries but the rest of the family is open to other
fruit.  Please send your favorite smoothie to:
