Dear all,

I’d like to thank everyone who bought a copy of Biblia’s Guide to Warrior
Librarianship.  According to the Amazon.com search (with sorting by
Bestseller facility), Biblia’s Guide is now the  #1 listing in the category
“Library Humor” (OK – there are only 16 titles listed for this subject, but
still …it’s a very “specialized field”).   In addition, Biblia’s Guide comes
in (at Amazon) at  # 71 for the general subject “library” – out of over
11,000!

I understand that the publishers are almost out of stock, with no plans for
a reprint (?).  If you missed out on a copy, maybe you can borrow one from
your local public library.  (To answer those who have written asking if I’ll
be doing a sequel, I really don’t know at this time.)

[Incidently, after paying US tax and setting aside funds for Australian
income tax; splitting the royalties 50/50 with my brilliant illustrator;
deducting costs (eg postage, phone calls, etc) - I blew the whole residual
amount on a new dishwashing-machine.  Writing, like school librarianship,
should not be undertaken for the financial rewards.]
