Increase in spam?

Has anyone else noticed a HUGE increase in spam in recent weeks? Over 50%
of the emails I got over the weekend were spam. I'm wondering if we need to
disguise our edresses in our sig files to make it harder for bots to copy
them. For example, mine could change to tss003 at mail. connect. more. net.
A person would have no trouble reading it, but a bot might.
