TARGET: HS Librarian's Role in Learning Communities.

HI,

Our district is starting learning communites next year.  We have the DuFour Eaker 
book
but I was wondering if any librarians out there have been involved in these and what
was/is it like?  I am particularly interested in the experience of librarians in 
high schools
of 500 and less in population.
