Linda's suggestions were excellent and these additions from Jo are
great too.  I do want to caution though some publishing companies do
charge shipping-- for example Harcourt does charge shipping (their
representative suggests figuring about 7%) plus all returns for all
schools must be returned at the school's expense.  So sometimes it is
nearly as profitable to support a local book dealer and ask them to
do the paperwork and supply the books on a "bookfair" type basis --
the usually discount in such a situation is 20%.
