Target: Rubrics for Thesis statements

One of the teachers at my school is trying to develop a clear criteria sheet for 
essays assigned to her grade 12s.  She is looking for a rubrics for a thesis 
statement.  Does anyone out there have such a thing that they would be willing to 
share?  TIA
