[LM_NET] Do you know this book?

A teacher in my school is looking for a picture book she looked at a few years ago 
but did not purchase it and now wishes she had.  She can not remember the name and 
I do not know the title from what she remembers.  This is the information she 
provide me.  If you know this book please let me know the title.  

-A little boy love the full moon and wants to keep it. 
-So the moon never sets 
-Scientist come to see why it won't set.  

I have no clue what it is.  HELP!!
