I know this has been discussed in the past but I can't find the information I am looking for through the archives. I am working on a web page for my son's library and was wondering what you would consider the bare necessities of a good web page. I am not looking for a lot of examples - I did find those on the archives. I just want a list of the must haves for a basic library web page.
