CA only: How do I cancel CSLA reservations?

I reserve my CSLA stuff online, and now I can't go. I've tried calling the CSLA 
office and
emailing them, but have gotten no response, and I'm sure they're busy with 
conference stuff
and may not even be in. How can I make sure the charge gets cancelled before it's 
too late?
