[LM_NET] nc reading credits

We just discovered one of our teachers needs 1.5 CEUs in reading credits for 
recertification (he says the state told him he was okay, but now he needs them).  
Is anyone aware of any online, low cost (or free) courses he could do--especially 
in NC, but anywhere is also okay.  I have something put together he may do for 0.5 
credits, but he still needs 1.0 after that.
