[LM_NET] GEN: Resource for Teachers and Deaf Students at your School

Do you have deaf students in your school? If so, I'd like to make sure
you are aware of the Captioned Media Program. It is an excellent
educational resource available to teachers, librarians, parents,
interpreters and other professionals working with deaf or
hard-of-hearing students throughout the nation. The CMP can provide
free-loan, open captioned videos & other media to your school (or home).
Upon registration, these educational materials are available for you to
borrow completely free of charge. In addition, the videotapes all come
with topic-related lesson guides, and are sent directly to your school
postage-paid both ways. From Sign Language to Science and much more,
there are thousands of educational and general interest titles
available. The CMP is funded by the US Department of Education, and
administered by the nonprofit National Association of the Deaf.
