Here's a follow-up on the Mrs. Dewey's Difficult Child story and a further question. First off, I heard from intrepid LM_NET librarian and fellow Jersey Girl, Shayne Russell, who wrote: > <<Judy, > I recognized this story-- it's in Skills for Life: Library Information > Literacy for Grades 6-8 published by Linworth in 1994. It's > attributed to Janet Hofstetter, who at the time was at California R-1 > High School in California City, Missouri according the Acknowledgments > page.>> > > I Googled around a bit and found Janet Hofstetter's e-mail at her school, > and wrote to her, but alas, the e-mail just bounced back. Does anyone have > contact info for Janet? > Thanks for any light you can shed. (If not, my next step will be to call Linworth tomorrow. Ah, my librarian detective skills are kicking in!)
