[LM_NET] Tech: Lab Monitoring Software

Hello All,

This is related to Susan's question about lab monitoring software.  

We have the NetOps program installed on our patron stations so that they
can be monitored from our circ station. We have not been able to get the
thumbnail view to work for our computers.  Our Tech Services person got
in contact with their Tech Services Dept., but the thumbnail view still
does not function properly.  The thumbnails just look like black
rectangles with horizontal lines.  

The capabilities of NetOps as outlined on their webpage look great ...
we just haven't been able to get it to work.

1)  Anyone have any techie suggestions?

2)  Anyone have a product that you're using (Microsoft XP based) that
you are happy with?  We're looking for a product that will allow us to
monitor about 30 student computers.
