[LM_NET] Extended hours

There was a recent hit about extended hours.  I was advised to
post this to the list.  I am doing a project right now for my
Youth Services class in library school involving a board
presentation and board document arguing for extended hours. 
There is a great article about what you need to do to plan for
extended hours, including the benefits of extended hours, and
a long list of planning questions.
