Just wondering... If we get into equipment and other "stuff" via the OPAC do we get away from what the OPAC is really meant to be, a system for patrons to search holdings and find what we have on hand. To what degree will adding more "stuff" make the searching of an OPAC slower, less able to come up with lists of items patrons want. To what extent will it also slow down the maintance of our systems? I don't have an answer, just the questions. Deborah J. Stafford Gen. H.H.
