The librarian at my son's school was asking if I could help her to locate some websites that have biographies for African Americans. Specifically we are looking for websites that have less well-known African Americans. I have tried to search the archives but was not able to. I was able to access a post from last February but most of those websites were either not what we were looking for or we could no longer access the website. I will post a hit if there is enough interest. These are the websites I have found so far. http://www.infoplease.com/spot/bhmbios1.html http://search.eb.com/blackhistory/ http://www.factmonster.com/spot/bhmbios1.html TIA, Vaneesa Vaneesa Thompson Library Media Specialist Trinity, Alabama vaneesat@bellsouth.net ________________________________________________ "I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once."
