I am a school librarian in a private school, preschool through 8th grade.
Enrollment average is 135 students.
All grades are located on the main floor as well as the library.  A computer
lab was built in the basement.
We have plans to start an all day kindergarten.  Therefore we are in need of
a classroom.  Thoughts are that the library could be moved downstairs next
to the computer lab to make room for the kindergarten.  If the library is
moved to the basement, a new room would be built.  I am looking for pros and
cons of moving the library downstairs as well as any other options that
could be considered.  I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
