I was  reviewer for California's Digital High School grants several
years ago (when CA actual had money).  These were non-competitive
grants; every school would get funded if their application met the
620,000 page rubric.  After a particularly grueling review session, the
5 or 6 of us were getting a little punchy and we proposed a one line
application:

I ________________ promise to use the money for good, not for evil.
