[LM_NET] GEN: Copyright issue

Dear LM_Netters,
Thanks in advance for your help!!!

My current problem involves showing a movie.  The principal approached me about 
renting a video to show as a special reward to the whole school.  No admission 
would be charged so she feels we do not need to buy a movie license.  I disagree 
but don't have the printed proof.  Can anyone direct me to a source that will 
directly address this issue.  Also the websites for licenses would be helpful.
