[LM_NET] Tech: Website Editing Software Question

I have a question for anyone who has experience with editing a website using
Frontpage or Xoops.  I am especially interested in comparing the two in
order to answer the question - if both of these were available to you, which
would you prefer to use? (I have had about 1 workshop on each, so I only
know the very basics at this point.)
