A version of this I have used... once in awhile I have
convinced the teacher of a research paper to require
that the student turn in all sources with the paper.
Then the books are turned into the library... the way
I have convinced the teacher this is a good idea, is
that they then do not have to run down sources to
check the bib citations or for plagiarism checks.  So
if you can convince a teacher it will save them time,
they are more likely to do it.  Ann
