I'm sorry I missed the initial posting but I want to say I think Follett is
terrific and I would never consider another book vendor.  I have worked with
Follett for nine years and have never had a problem.  The people who respond
online are very good about giving updates about orders and deliveries.  They
get right back to me on any questions.  Our local representative is terrific,
making sure I always have the latest posters.  He even makes sure to track me
down in both schools. He recently showed me the wonders of Titlewise, which I
cannot speak highly enough about.

There must be a reason Follett is used the most...because they are good.  If
people all wait until the end of the year to get in their orders, I'm sure
that creates a backlog.  I always try to get the bulk of my year's order out
as soon as my money is available.

I don't think that's crafty...I think that's just wrong.
