> Thanks so much to everyone for their quick, insightful responses. I'm sorry I missed the initial posting but I want to say I think Follett is terrific and I would never consider another book vendor. I have worked with Follett for nine years and have never had a problem. The people who respond online are very good about giving updates about orders and deliveries. They get right back to me on any questions. Our local representative is terrific, making sure I always have the latest posters. He even makes sure to track me down in both schools. He recently showed me the wonders of Titlewise, which I cannot speak highly enough about. > Although Follett was the most used, over half of the respondents who > indicated they were Follett Users were experiencing lengthy delays in > shipping. At least 1/3 were considering switching jobbers. There must be a reason Follett is used the most...because they are good. If people all wait until the end of the year to get in their orders, I'm sure that creates a backlog. I always try to get the bulk of my year's order out as soon as my money is available. > My favorite suggestion, however, was the crafty librarian who uses Follett's > Titlewave, and then submits the order to PermaBound or BoundtoStayBound! I don't think that's crafty...I think that's just wrong. -------------------------------------------------------------------- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
