We collected $ to buy books from our book fair to send to a specific elementary school in Louisiana that was flooded. A grandmother of one of our students offered a box or two of used books. I agreed to send them along with the new. She brought them in and they reek of cigarette smoke odor. I hadn't thought of that. What can I do? Is there anything that will take the odor out of books? I told her I would send them but now I don't want to. What should I do?
