[LM_NET] ELEM: Halloween costumes for students

Hello.  Every year my school has a celebration of books day where students and
teachers dress up as book characters.  Most of my students are low income and
have little or no money to come up with a costume or their parents do not want
to help them.  Can anyone give me suggestions of simple costume ideas based on
books that I can share with them?  Thanks!
