I am hoping the collective wisdom of this group can solve yet another one... A teacher is looking for a childen's book she remembers from the late 1940s or early 1950s. There's a cute grey squirrel in a tree and a funny little bunny and a mouse. A red fox won't let them play so they trick him and put a sack over his head and he can't see. He starts running and bumps into trees and gets so scared he runs out of the forest and is never seen again. Any ideas? Many thanks! ************************************** Caryn Werlin Bridge School Library 55 Middleby Rd.
