[LM_NET] OT: Pop-ups

Dear all-
I'm running a brand new Toshiba Satellite computer using XP.  I've adjusted the 
security on the Internet and in the setup and am still getting tons of pop-ups.  
Also, when on the Internet, if I check on the Tools menu, the [pop-up blocker 
always needs to be turned on, even with-in a single session.  Any idea what I'm 
doing wrong?  Certainly would appreciate any help you can give me.
