Hello everyone,
I am looking for help with the following two questions.

1. I have some 8th grade teachers that are trying to follow copyright rules so I
would like to try to help them out as much as possible. At the end of the year
they would like to make a DVD with photos and video clips of the kids and they have
been collecting some music to put in the background. They know they can only use
short segments so they are continuing to collect little bits of them whenever they
get a chance but here's the problem. Some of the music they tried to copy won't
play back. They have the file name on their computer but no sound. Do you think
they recorded them as data rather than audio files???

2. Second question that deals with the same project in question #1. The teachers
would like to give each of the students a copy of the DVD to keep. They would like
the kids to be able to play the DVD on any device, home computer or DVD player onto
TV at home. Any suggestions of what it the best method? I am assuming they should
use DVD-Rs. Last year the kids could only view them on their home computers they
could not get them to play in their DVD players.

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.
