[LM_NET] SHARE: ELEM: Library song by Bill Harley

First, forgive me if this has already been posted, but I don't think it
has. ALSC has a great song by Bill Harley posted on its website, free for
the downloading, called @ Your Library. It is really cute so I want to
make sure everyone knows about it. I may even post this again after Labor
Day when everyone is signed back on for the new school year. Enjoy!
