I just listened to it and it's adorable. The kid chorus is great.
You can download the song four ways:
Full length version, highlighting Bill and a chorus of children
Full length instrumental version
Full length version with children's chorus only
Short (25 second) version

My very favorite library song, however, is still Tom Chapin's
"The Library Song" on his Moonboat CD, which is a classic.
