One of my daughters has a 15 month old Gateway Laptop, pretty high end...it
appears that the hard drive has been fried...seeking opinions on how one
would go about repairs...should we call Gateway and do will they want me to
send it to them or should I just try a local computer repair type thing.
What it will cost to repair is not so much the issue as getting it
done....grateful for any suggestions.
