[LM_NET] MD Only: Programs to help low-income families get computers

Hi everyone,

Is anyone aware of programs at the MD state level, and possibly even the cty level, 
that helps low-income families purchase computers for use in their homes?  I have 
never heard of anything like this but hoping that possibly one of you have.
