Here's a second to Pam's reminder about watching one's words. The world is 
shrinking so that it's anyone's guess who is reading that "vent" about 
fellow teachers, principal, parents -- fill in the blank. I don't think we 
have to stifle ourselves, just be aware that there is next to no privacy on 
the web.
