One of my teachers is working towards becoming a media specialist. This semester
she is taking a YA Literature course. One of her assignments is to design a plan to
motivate middle/high school students to read. Below is exactly what she is
searching for in her assignment. I told her that I would ask all of you for ideas.
Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated.

"I am looking for a plan that will help to motivate middle and/or high school
students to read. It should involve some type of technology and have qualities
that allow it to be evaluated. It can involve a display, peer recommendation, or
something like a food/book activity. If anyone can give ideas like these that
would help get older kids into the library to check out books and read them, it
would be greatly appreciated."

Again thanks for any ideas that you can send.
