[LM_NET] TARGET: Free Online Catalog Records?

A few weeks ago someone sent a link to a library resource (I believe it was a 
public library or a university library) that this person used to locate and 
download MARC records.

I cannot find the email now, so I'm interested in knowing if anyone has the 
information or could offer a website for free online MARC records / catalog records 
for books?
