[LM_NET] TAR: Problems with computer program/equipment directions

Sorry, for not entering the subject in previous post.

Thinking about how many times using directions for a program falls short
led me to wonder if this happens to you and this question....how often
have you had problems with the directions NOT helping for a computer
program (especially  circulation program) or equipment?  I have often
wondered if being left-handed was the reason I had problems with
instructions.  What was the program/equipment and the problem?  I'll post
a hit.
