Good Morning,

I am probably over reacting to this, but I had to get it off my chest: I listened
to NPR's "Wait! Wait! Don't Tell Me" show on Saturday, May 6, when a high school
English teacher from Chicago got to compete. One of the celebrity panel asked her
if Billy Budd is still taught in high school English departments and she answered,
"No, it isn't, whatever that is," or words to that effect. Granted, I have never
read that Melville novel but I at least know what it is!

Needless to say that I cringed and wished that she had not identified herself as an
English teacher!

So, am I over reacting?
