Hello everyone! I have an interview for an elementary position on Monday in a school that has a flex schedule. I want to convince this school that I am the best candidate for the job. The problem the present librarian is having is how to get the teachers to bring their students into the library to check out books. I have never worked in an elementary school that had a flex schedule and I don't know much about it. My questions: What have your experiences been? What has worked for you? What didn't work? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks very much, Shelley Struble Elementary Librarian wanna-be Hanover, PA slshelley@suscom.net -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
