[LM_NET] TECH: Using bypass on Ricoh CL3500N

(Is it apparent that school has started and I'm
frantically trying to use new equipment?)

I cannot "get" my Ricoh CL3500N printer to print from
the bypass tray (using cardstock).  I've followed the
manual, and I've googled the problem and found only a
similar reference under "unsolved problems."
