[LM_NET] TARGET: Elem Favorite biography sites

We do a major Wax Museum biography here as the culminating research
project for our 4th graders.  I'm updating our list of web resources to
get ready for this year's go-round (lots of dead links already) and I'd
like to know your favorite biography websites to make sure I don't
overlook any good ones.
