Robert and All-

One of the things I've noticed lately is that posters are using initials
like "SOE" or "ESE" that seem to be local or state terms not used by
everyone on the listserve.

We all know what a nationally used term like NCLB means but I am in New
Jersey and the terms above are unknown to me. I'm sure that we have a
similar terms here but if I don't know what it means, I cannot help.

So in the future, could posters please spell out these terms rather than
assume that everyone understands them?

Thanks in advance.
