[LM_NET] GEN: ALA Emerging Leaders Program

Beth Yoke and Shonda Brisco wrote to LM_NET promoting participation in 
ALA's Emerging Leaders program.  I am a participant in this year's 
program.  If you are interested in learning more about how ALA works 
and how you can participate in ALA's programs and leadership, this
