[LM_NET] replies to Disruptive/Difficult child question

Many, many thanks to all of the replies, suggestions, tips, and most of all 
concern/empathy with the 5th grade child.  One varaible I forgot to mention 
is there might be a personality conflict in the mix too.  Also, he recently 
returned a library book via his sister whereupon my inspection of the book 
found derogatory remarks in the book about me. Some of the writing was 
scrapped so as not to see my name in what he wrote but left the remarks. 
Months ago he returned another  book with markings throughout the entire 
book.  Another resource teacher of his asked him if he did it and he said he 
didn't.

I am moving so I will post a hit after I am settled and caught my breath 
from changing residences.
