Sausage Potato Soup 1 pkg. fully cooked, skinless kielbasa or Polish sausage, diced 3 potatoes, cut into your favorite sized pieces 2 C. frozen corn (1 small pkg.) 1 can or more chicken broth 3 or 4 carrots, sliced your favorite way 1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder, onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 C. milk 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese parsley In large pot, heat broth and cook carrots part way. Add corn, seasonings, potatoes, and water or more broth, if needed. Heat til potatoes are tender. Add sausage and parsley. Heat through. Add milk, cheese, and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and soup is hot. (based on a recipe found in Quick Cooking, January/February 1999) Enjoy!
